Senate passes DADT repeal!
Now Obama gets to sign it. I hope he's as thrilled as I am; I don't have any particular desire to join the military, but knowing that I could never serve even if I ever did want to -- not without lying and hiding and compromising my personal integrity -- has always made me feel dirty and dishonored, and ashamed of my country, and angry.
It's really nice, that I can feel proud for a change. Thank you, Senators.
