I don't suppose anyone knows somewhere I can get a fake ID before Feb. 7th and/or knows someone 21+ who a) looks like me and b) is willing to loan me their driver's license for the night?
Because Alexi Murdoch is playing at the Mercury Lounge on the 7th AND I CAN'T GO BECAUSE I'M TOO YOUNG. *grumps* I hate places with age limits. I don't even want to drink! I just want to see him play because I adore him.
On the bright side, there was a blues workshop tonight organized by the Columbia Swing Club. Hello, I'm Lindsey, and I love blues music and blues dancing. *beams* I had a great time. Granted, it was a lot of beginners who didn't really know what they were doing, whereas I do. But I had a few good dances with the people who did, and that makes up for all the rest. Plus, there was a surplus of follows (a common problem), so I got to practice leading. :D
