Mmm, good day

I slept in until about 1, then went and lay in the sunshine on Lehman Lawn for a while. I talked to my friend Paola and called my granny, then walked a few blocks to an Italian restaurant called Pertutti. There, I not only managed to order something that is no longer on the menu (their avocado salad--spinach leaves, avocado slices, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and pesto, YUM), but a glass of white wine (I am 20; this is a triumph, okay?). I sat at my outdoor table and people-watched, talked to my older sister on the phone, and had very good food. maribouquet to play with BPAL and maybe watch Due South or The West Wing. Painting may follow, depending on when I get back, but I'm not going to stress about it.
