I have been known to blimey and crikey and lately: crumbs!
Mostly hatha - my next door neighbour has been doing it for 30 years so I do a weekly session with her and I hop through various styles on yogaglo.com as I feel like them. Had a long run of yin for a while there. Occasional vinyasa but I need more physical strength. Getting there though! :) The super stress of PhDing + disability + I've had this gastro thing for a year now - all helped mightily by the yoga!
