Wow, thank you so much! *blushes* Not to fangirl you too much, but you've made some of my favorite vids (like "Nervous Breakthrough" and "God Is A DJ"), so this comment means a lot to me, especially since this is my first vid ever and therefore entirely unexpected. It's just very gratifying and encouraging. :D

I'm happy I managed to preserve that balance between the darkness and the whimsy, because that's so important to the movie; it's not just a dream, it's a dream and a nightmare (both literally in the dream world and metaphorically for what's going on with her mom in RL). The song was a really lucky find; I was originally planning to settle for the Nat King Cole Trio version, but my twin-and-beta thespatz forced me to keep looking. Thank goodness for betas, because this song is a million times better for the vid. :)
