Painting?

Okay, help me out. There's this painting, but I can't remember the name or who painted it, and it's driving me nuts. It's a bunch of men working on refinishing a studio floor, and there's light from a window in the background. The painting's really beautiful, with the light and the lines of the men's backs.

Can anyone help me out? I know I haven't hallucinated this painting's existence.
