random! HCT nostalgia

I was just looking at the Honda Civic Tour website (for obvious reasons, damn you bandom), and you know, I think the first concert I ever went to was HCT. It was 2002, I was in middle school, Phantom Planet was opening for Incubus, they were playing their stuff from Morning View, etc. If the thing with all my ticket stubs weren't out in the garage, I would check to make sure. And oh yes, I'll probably still have the stub from that concert. I have ticket stubs from elementary school. (No, seriously. I know for a fact I still have all the ones from when I went to see Titanic. In 1997. When I was ten.)

In other news, my dear twin finally got her driver's license today! She has avoided the most intense potential for mocking by getting it before she turns 21, but still. Mocking privileges? Mine for life. And I finally get to be a passenger sometimes! I'm excited.
