some people juggle geese!
Mar. 21st, 2008 01:31 amI had a lovely day today! Emma's ex-roommate Sarah's little brother Matt was in town, so we hung out. I'd only met him once before, at Emma's graduation last spring, but it was totally one of those situations where you just click. We hung out talking all night, it was great. :)
Anyway, we had lunch at Kerbey, went walking around Mayfield Park (they have peacocks! and the weather was gorgeous, sorry all you folks in the frozen north), went vintage shopping, and hung out swapping music. (I pimped The Cab to him! He liked them! :D) And we talked about all kinds of stuff, like living New York and sexuality (he's gay, I'm bi) and music and film and so on. :D
Good food and sun and new clothes and music and good company. *stretches contentedly*
Oh, and I've just started watching In Treatment! GREATNESS, PEOPLE. It's a show on HBO, and basically each ep is a different half-hour therapy appointment, shot almost entirely in real-time. Gabriel Byrne kicks ass as Paul, the therapist. But then you've also got Josh Charles, Melissa George, and Blair Underwood as patients, just to name a few names.
IT'S SO AMAZING, GUYS. God, I love when people do TV right. <3
ETA: ALSO, how amazing was Christian Siriano showing up on tonight's Make Me A Supermodel? I love that little dude. :D Who did you all vote for, btw? I ended up going with Ronnie.
