I've discovered that the totally awesome, like-new shoes I bought at City Wide Garage Sale last weekend for $18 were probably originally $120-$140 (based on prices for other flats from that brand).

I love when that happens.

(I also got a gray Stetson fedora in great shape for $10--I haven't been at all influenced by watching too many movies from When Hats Ruled The Earth, no sirree--and a beautiful amber necklace. It was a good trip.)

(Upon further research, that fedora is an even better find than I thought; an identical hat is selling here for $160. It also looks exactly like Bogart's hat in Casablanca. *wins*)
